Travel Documents, Passports and Visas

Approximately two weeks before your departure date we will post you a wallet. In this wallet you will find your flight tickets, hotel voucher and other bits and pieces of useful information.

Holders of British passports do not require a visa. Other nationalities should contact the Turkish Republic of Cyprus, London Representative Office, 29 Bedford Square, London WC1B 9EG. Their telephone number is: 0120 7631 1930.

We are obligated to draw your attention to the fact that it is the customer's responsibility to have with them all of the necessary documents when arriving at the airport. Missed departures due to incorrect documentation or out-of-date passports will not be the responsibility of Cyprus Direct Holidays nor the airline carrier.

Please check to make sure your passport(s) is up to-date.

If you do not wish to have your passport stamped at passport control, you are permitted to have it stamped on a separate form which you retain so that it can be validated on the return journey. However, since the Republic of Cyprus joined the EU in 2005, visitors have been permitted to travel freely throughout the Island. It is, therefore, highly unlikely that any visitor would be disadvantaged in any way by having their passports stamped in the usual manner on arrival at Ercan Airport.
